As such, Sureway Solutions matches semi-skilled and skilled workers in line with the client’s need, achieving cost and time efficiency while assuring workers of a friendly work environment. Sureway Solutions Manpower and General Services with a rigorous process of recruitment and selection of personnel undertakes to equip its workers with the necessary training and continuous supervision in order for them to discharge their duties with skill and precision.

The long-term vision of its proprietor is to widen the scope of the deployment of workers not just in the Visayas region but in the whole country as well. The proprietor sees the challenge in this vision, not in the business growth and expansion, but in the strength of the workforce it has deployed.

Sureway Solutions Manpower and General Services is a duly registered sole proprietorship operating in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. It will eventually see the necessity to convert as a corporation according to the rules of the Securities and Exchange Commission. Currently, apart from Dr. Ana Leah Dungog-Cuizon as its proprietor and General Operations Manager, the company boasts of its pool of experts, as follows:

Sureway Solutions Manpower and General Services will handle recruitment and personnel management, which will include the following: reference/ background checks, skills evaluation, preliminary interviewing, and screening of all employees for its clients. It will also provide the needed training and continuous supervision and control of deployed employees. As such, Sureway Solutions acts as an extension of the client's human resource department, providing an open line of communication between supervisor and employee with the assurance of extending assistance when the need arises.
